The Professional Latino Action Network (PLAN) meets monthly on the last Thursday of the month from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.   We do not convene in December.  We meet at various locations, usually the place of employment of the attendee who hosts the meeting.  Our host typically provides light refreshments and a light snack.  We are still a grassroots, but effective networking group so we currently do not charge dues nor are we an official non-profit.  Consequently, we don't have officers and this has worked well for us.
